AIDA AND MOLCHANOVS FREEDIVING
Freediving is a type of underwater diving in which the diver holds their breath and descends into the water without the use of any external breathing apparatus such as scuba tanks. The objective of freediving is to explore the underwater environment and experience the sensation of being completely immersed in water.
The Molchanovs system, which is created by world-renowned freedivers such as Alexey Molchanov, Goran Colak, and Adam Stern, offers a comprehensive and tailored training program for all levels of freedivers. Upon completing a Molchanovs course, you gain access to the global Molchanovs Freediving community, which provides weekly training workouts designed by the world's top freedivers.
This program, known as Base Training, is an exceptional tool for the development and progress of both individuals and the entire freediving community. With Molchanovs freediving education, you can start from the basics of freediving and progress all the way to becoming an elite competition freediver.
